Giselle Millar

As Principal Consultant at W Executive, Giselle supports the Partners on senior and C-suite mandates, while also developing the firm’s specialist advisory capability. She works internationally across professional services, with a focus on areas including risk advisory, forensic technology, disputes & investigations, and a wider range of advisory capabilities.

Giselle has delivered senior mandates for clients across consulting firms, litigation boutiques, and law firms, as well as advising founders and investors on strategic leadership hires. 

Before joining W Executive, Giselle founded and ran a boutique search firm focused on senior appointments across EMEA.

Giselle holds a BA Hons in English Literature and Cultural Studies from the University of Salford and a PgDL from BPP Law School. Outside of work, she is a passionate student of acting and enjoys theatre and film.
